Unser Kerngeschäft ist der Vertrieb unseres internationalen Digital- und TV-Portfolios (Total Video) bei Kunden & Agenturen.

 

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

  • Unter der Leitung des Sales Directors arbeitest du eng mit dem internationalen Vertriebs- und Marketingteam zusammen.
  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für alle Prozesse im Pre- und Aftersales und unterstützt Dein Vertriebsteam in Köln durch Recherche, Angebotserstellung, Reporting sowie Auftrags- und Rechnungskontrolle.
  • Du pflegst unser Vertriebs- CRM mit allen relevanten Daten und behältst den Überblick über Umsätze, Einträge und Zielvorgaben.
  • Regelmäßige Reportings von Targets, Umsätzen und individuellen Auswertungen sowie der enge Austausch mit unseren internationalen Medienpartnern und dem globalen Sales Koordinatoren Team gehören gleichfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.
  • Du koordinierst interne wie externe Termine und Veranstaltungen
  • In Abstimmung mit dem Salesteam organisierst Du benötigte Werbe- und Vertriebsmittel, Büromaterial und Kundengeschenke.

 

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Eine fundierte Erfahrung aus der Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Eine solide kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschafts-, Sozial- oder Medienwissenschaften
  • Du bist offen gegenüber digitalen Medien wie Video on Demand oder YouTube Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, bist sehr zahlenaffin und denkst analytisch

International TV Media Planner (m/f/d)

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Understanding and evaluating KPIs in TV media planning and campaign analyses
  • Autonomous elaboration of TV media planning for large pan-European campaigns in France with existing tools (Popcorn, Micromarche) as well as collecting and assessing media planning from our media partners abroad, based on the client’s objectives
  • Creating, requesting and evaluating pre-, post-campaign and competitor performance analyses of cross market campaigns
  • Handle the TV attribution (drive to web) tool and its reporting
  • Strategic consultation of all RTL AdConnect sales persons and agents (mainly in English)
  • Delivery of arguments that demonstrate the strengths of the RTL AdConnect portfolio
  • Giving support in the booking and optimization process of TV campaigns
  • Regular update of the guide “TV Planning and Buying in Europe”
  • Support of the TV AdOperations-team members in Paris
  • Support on Tv Spots Clearance

Your profile:

  • Great commitment, reliability and urge to find best solutions

Desired skills/experiences:

  • 3 to 5-years’ experience in planning & assessing of TV campaigns in a media agency or sales house (international experience is a plus)
  • Very good command of English

  • Pronounced analytical skills and a high level of numeracy
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with a team as well as under pressure

Responsabilités :

  • Commercialisation de l’offre Digital de RTL AdConnect (Video, Addressable TV…) aux annnonceurs, agences medias et trading desks.
  • Gestion d’un portefeuille de clients existants basés en France, Suisse, Belgique et en Asie
  • Développement de nouveaux clients directement ou via les agences & trading desks.
  • Evangelization de notre expertise Digital internationale auprès des clients et du marché
  • Assumer les réponses aux briefs des clients
  • Gestion des campagnes avec les équipes Service Clients et Ad Operations.

Profil :

  • FRANÇAIS NATIF, ANGLAIS INDISPENSABLE
  • 3-5 années d’expérience en Publicité Digitale (régie, agence, trading desk…)
  • Solide compréhension de la publicité digitale, de la Vidéo et du Programmatic.
  • Réseau de clients en Agences medias et chez l’annonceur.

Client Studies Coordinator (m/f/d)

RTL AdConnect is seeking a rigorous and passionate analyst in charge of studies to work within the Strategic Planning pillar in RTL AC’s marketing team.

Responsabilies & Duties:

  • Collect information on the studies conducted by our local publishers in Europe
  • Be the point of contact for all sales requests linked to client studies (check feasibility and be the link with the media partners)
  • Build synthetic and insightful Power Point presentations to present the results to the advertiser or media agency
  • Work on raw data to build PP decks
  • Meet with main or new institutes to benchmark the solutions (Brand Lift, pre/post tests etc.)
  • Collaborate with the team to create marketing collaterals

Profil:

  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
