Das erwartet dich bei uns:
- Planen und Steuern von Prozessen und Projekten im Systemkosmos der RTL Ad Alliance.
- Projektplanung von zugewiesenen IT & Media-Projekten, hinsichtlich Einhaltung von Budget, Zeitplan und Projektumfang
- Analyse und Etablierung von bereichsübergreifenden Prozessen, einschließlich Dokumentation und Kommunikation
- Konzeptionierung und Weiterentwicklung zugewiesener Projekte, einschließlich Projektzielen, Technologien, Systemen, Informationsspezifikationen, Zeitplänen, Finanzierung und Personalausstattung
- Verwaltung der Milestones und Anpassung der Anforderungen im Projektverlauf
- Erstellung und Implementierung von Projektkommunikationsplänen mit Teams und Stakeholdern (aus den Bereichen Sales, Finance, Ad Operations und Ad Tech)
- Erstellung von Projektstatusberichten
- Pflege von Systemen und Erstellung von Unterlagen, die für die übergreifende Projektarbeit notwendig sind.
Das bringst Du mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, zum Beispiel der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder BWL oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über erste berufliche Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Medienbranche
- Ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Strukturiertes, analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken
- Du schätzt eigenverantwortliches Handeln und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für wichtige Aufgaben
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Mit guten Anwenderkenntnissen in gängigen Projektmanagementtools kannst Du zusätzlich punkten

Aperçu du poste
RTL AdConnect a récemment annoncé un projet de fusion avec G+J IMS et Smartclip Media pour devenir RTL AdAlliance. Afin d’accompagner RTL AdAlliance dans son développement, nous recherchons un contrôleur de gestion.
La mission principale est de participer à la production et la mise à disposition des données de gestion au sein d’un environnement composé de plusieurs sociétés en France et à l’étranger.
Votre mission
- Participer au processus de clôture et reporting mensuel
- Analyser le chiffre d’affaires et les différents coûts liés à l’activité
- Participer à la mise en place de nouveaux tableaux de bord à destination de la Direction
- Mettre en place et suivre les KPI’s du Groupe
- Participer au processus de construction budgétaire et assister la direction financière dans le pilotage budgétaire
- Mettre à jour et fiabiliser les données de suivi des inscriptions et de facturation dans les ERP d’entreprise
- Apporter votre contribution personnelle à toute évolution permettant d’améliorer le pilotage financier des activités
Votre profil
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) bac +5 de type formation universitaire ou école de commerce avec une spécialisation en Finance, Contrôle de Gestion ou Comptabilité
- Vous avez une première expérience réussie en contrôle de gestion ou en audit
- Vous maîtrisez Excel et vous avez une appétence pour les outils informatiques, la connaissance de SAP étant un plus
- Vous avez le sens du relationnel et un goût pour l’amélioration des processus
- Vous parlez couramment Anglais, la maîtrise de l’Allemand est un plus
- Vous démontrez une capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, une rigueur et un sens de l’organisation
- Vous faites preuve d’anticipation et votre capacité à prendre du recul par rapport à vos missions vous permet de prioriser efficacement vos tâches, tout en travaillant sous pression

For our Regional Digital Sales Team (Germany, Israel, Nordics, Netherlands, Eastern Europe, Switzerland, Austria), we are looking a Digital Sales Manager, highly motivated in selling digital solutions!
Key responsiblities
Under the leadership of our Regional Director Digital Sales, you will work closely with our international sales leads, ad ops and marketing teams and you will be responsible for driving and growing business with agencies and advertisers.
- Drive digital revenue through IO and programmatic deals. Focusing on maximising awareness of our digital solutions across agency/desk/advertiser relationships, closing deals, securing delivery by working closely with our Ad Ops teams and media partners and maximising revenue
- Independently plan and control activities of various accounts as well as the continuous success control of the media measures
- Drive the conversation with trading desks, media agencies and in-housed advertisers through pitching, events, and roadshows to ensure we maximise our growth performance on each account
- Keep up to date with marketplace trends to ensure we are relevant and best placed to monetise developments in the market whether driven externally or internally.
Your profile
- Bachelor in marketing, media, business, commerce or similar
- 4 years minimum in digital media
- Solid understanding of the programmatic/digital
- Strong network of digital contacts within media agencies, advertisers etc.
- Proven track record in digital sales
- Keen to open doors and establish new business relationships
- Growth mindset and adaptability
- Excellent verbal and written English. Speaking German and/or Dutch is un asset

(Senior) Manager Media Partnerships will report to Head of Partnership Management.
One of the core ingredients for the success of RTL AdAlliance is the integrated full service management of our core partners, which are represented by RTL AdAlliance for monetization, for tech or for both purposes. They are managed by the central publisher management department. The media partners of all media types, that are not using the technical platform of smartclip are mostly handled and assessed by the Media Partnerships Management teams within the Partnership Management organization. Regular jour fixes and business reviews are conducted as well as monitoring of the monetization with the publishers. New products, solutions, technical requirements need to be brought to the publishers’ attention.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage and optimize existing partnerships across print, TV, and digital platforms.
- Identify upselling opportunities within the partnerships and collaborate with the Partnership Development team to execute upsell strategies.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with media partners and key stakeholders.
- Monitor partnership performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and upselling.
- Take care of the technical capabilities of the digital portfolio, ensuring measurability, targetability, and the implementation of the latest technical standards on websites and apps.
- Collaborate with the Head of Media Partnerships and the Partnership Development team to develop and execute upsell strategies aligned with business objectives.
Your profile :
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing media partnerships, focusing on upselling within existing partnerships.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance metrics and drive upsell opportunities.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of the media industry, including print, TV, and digital platforms.
- Familiarity with technical aspects of digital advertising, including measurability, targetability, and implementation of technical standards.

Key responsiblities
Your primary focus is to support our Sales Team and contribute to their sales success.
- You will work closely with our Client Leads, Sales Managers and Ad Operations Team to support pitches, produce offers, close and deliver deals
- As a key member of the Digital Sales Team, you will be a digital knowledge bank and HUB towards the wider Sales Team
- You will deliver compelling, customised debriefs that solve agency and advertisers’ business and media needs
- You will brief our Ad Operations Team with complete campaign information according to our process and checklist
- You will ensure sold campaigns begin on time, run smoothly, and deliver according to brief once approved by agency/client
- You will accurately keep a record of all pending and active campaigns and debriefs and assist in maintaining campaign delivery
- You will clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- You will share campaign statistics regularly with the Client Sales Team to maintain solid relationships and look for opportunities to upsell during ongoing campaigns
- You will build solid relationships and troubleshoot with our Ad Operations Team as needed, whether campaigns are managed service or programmatic.
Your profile
- Bachelor in marketing, media, business, commerce or similar
- 3 years minimum in digital experience
- Solid understanding of the programmatic/digital and agency landscape and experience working with media agencies
- Previous experience in a sales environment will be advantageous
- Solid communication skills are essential: internal and external communications to partners, advertisers and agencies
- Excellent verbal and written English. Speaking German is un asset
